Rally to End the Racist War on Drugs

Tell President Biden and the Minnesota Legislature to ACT NOW!

It’s time to:

• Bring justice to marginalized communities!
• Treat drug addiction as a public health crisis!
• Decriminalize and expunge past records for drug usage!

Sunday, April 11th, 3:00pm, at Central Park Lexington

– We will gather near the Frank Rog Amphitheatre

– We will march to Howard Johnson Park, and back to Central Park Lexington

Why?

The War On Drugs has been used to target marginalized communities for decades. Drug addiction is also heavily, criminalized, and should be treated as a public health issue instead. We want President Biden, Congress, and the Minnesota Legislature to act.

– This is a student-led protest

– Mandatory MASKS and SOCIAL DISTANCING

– Dress for the weather

– We have some signs, but you should bring your own!

– We will have a first-aid kit just in case for emergency situations
